Ted Lucas

Ted Lucas flirted with fame in the late 60s in The Spike Drivers and Misty Wizards. He studied under Ravi Shankar, and then returned to Detroit to played sitar for Motown, until they moved to Los Angeles. He recorded an album, referred to by family and friends as The OM Record (after Ted’s private label name), in Detroit and Nashville. He passed away in 1992. Yoga Records reissued The Om Record in 2010.
