David Grubbs
David Grubbs is a versatile multi-instrumentalist multi-verse of independent rock and fury. He is a founding member of Squirrel Bait, Bastro, and Gastr del Sol. He played in Codeine and The Red Krayola. He has also done soundtrack work, collaborating with the likes of Matmos. Most of his solo releases are on Drag City. He is an Associate Professor at Brooklyn College, where he is the director of graduate programs in performance and interactive media arts. He lives in Brooklyn N.Y. with his wife and son.
