Jeffrey is the founder of PRISM index. Against every grain of his judgment (better or not) also edits and co-designed the compilation. The silkscreen art on the cover is his creation. It appeared to him in a day-dreamy car ride through the rolling hills of Appalachia. Cars are probably his favorite subject, yet he often draws other things. His unwavering interest in almost everything and anything led him down many roads and paths gathering knowledge, artists, skills (some better than others), and friends.  The possibility of creating a network between his friends, inspirations, and mediums became the impetus for PRISM index.

For the first issue of PRISM index, Jeff created the DVD’s intro through drawing, poking, and scratching into old 16 mm film, adding sound to the menu and intro with old vinyl samples and found sound outside his old Appalachian home. Jeff can usually be found drawing, making films, painting, biking, watching movies, not playing instruments, singing terribly in the street and shower, as well as regularly sitting, standing, sleeping, and eating.
